Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Club Keepsake!

Subscription Cut-Off & Dispatch Times

You have the entire month to subscribe to that month’s kit.

All kits are packed and posted during the first week of the following month. For example, if you subscribe at any time in March, your kit will be posted during the first week of April.

Shipping Rates

Australia: $2 AUD

International: $5 AUD

Delivery Times

Please allow 2–6 weeks for your kit to arrive, depending on your location and local postal services.

All kits are sent via standard mail in a standard envelope.

 

Tracking Information

To keep shipping costs affordable, kits are sent without tracking. Unfortunately, once your kit has been posted, we are unable to provide tracking updates or delivery confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Mail

While most kits arrive well within the estimated delivery timeframe, postal delays can occasionally occur. If your kit has not arrived after 6 weeks from the dispatch date, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
